Outlook is situated on the banks of the South Saskatchewan river, with all amenities, close to Lake Diefenbaker, 4 provincial parks and only 1 hour south of Saskatoon.

The clinic is in a high traffic area and was newly renovated in 2022 with all of the toys needed to run a mixed animal practice. There is a rental office attached with a long term tenant.

 The practice has been a 50/50 split of small and cow/calf, but there is opportunity for dairy and equine if desired, or not.
